1. Nature of Donations All donations made to PakMedico International are voluntary contributions intended to support our healthcare, education, and welfare programs. By completing a donation, donors acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy All donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. We encourage all donors to carefully review their donation details before confirming payment.

3. No Cancellations Donations cannot be cancelled after submission. Once the transaction is complete, funds are immediately allocated toward our ongoing programs and cannot be retrieved.

4. Unauthorized Transaction Disputes If you believe a transaction was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider directly to file a dispute. We cooperate with financial institutions as required by law.

5. Final Decision PakMedico International holds sole discretion over all matters related to donations. No refund or cancellation requests will be entertained.
